Located in Northern California, Choices Rising was founded in 2022 by a team of licensed healthcare professionals with a vision of using telemedicine to expand access for all people who seek safe and affordable abortion care from the privacy of their own homes.
Our small team has over 50 years of combined reproductive health care experience. Our two board certified physicians and our registered nurse are here to educate, advise, and support you while providing access to the FDA approved medications for safe in-home abortion treatment.
